Pondok Sari Kuta - Kuta (Bali)

This place is nice, and has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff were wonderful, especially when they assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. Highly recommend!

The price is very low, and its good for backpacker. The place is hommy. I took the standard room on 513. the hotel near Muslim restaurant, there's a lot of cheap restaurant in Kuta main road. But overall the hotel was great hotel!

There's no rubbish bin, the wardrobe door is broken, no water dispenser and the water smell is not good (I live in room 513)

The scenery at night... Near the pool.. The staff there realy friendly n I'm little upset coz.. When I require for spa.. There is none there., And I request if next time I'm there there hv provide spa centre there..

The staff at Pondok Sari Hotel were attentive . Kandi and Selly were great too ensure our comfort. We had an issue with room availability, but they switched our twin room to a king size right away. The swimming pool was a highlight-always clean and a great spot for relaxation after a day of exploring in Kuta. I appreciated the hot and cold water dispenser available in the common area. The complimentary breakfast, while limited to eggs and bread, was decent at the price of $4.00 AUD. The rooms were spacious, furnished well, and came with a kettle for tea or coffee. The only downside was the lack of lighting in my room , made certain areas a bit dim. Although the hotel is located in a quieter local area, it was about a 20-minute walk to the main attractions, and accessing transport was easy with Gojek rides available, so not too much of an inconvenience.

Request a family room if traveling with kids to ensure comfort and space.

Overall atmosphere is very good and the stuff is nice.

The district is dirty. Only cash accepted in hotel.

Had superior double room with quite large bathrooms and safe. Remote location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a fragrant herb garden. Nice restaurant not too far from the hotel.

Unexpected noise from nearby motorbikes disturbed our peace!!! The access through small alleys felt a bit unsafe at times, especially at night!!! I also wish for upgraded entertainment options to include Netflix!!!

The location was excellent, just a short walk away from a lively water park. Units with ac. I had a perfectly pleasant stay here and will choose the place for future trips.

Well-appointed and well furnished room, all in all had very very good stay.

location: the hotel was right by local markets restaurants, and centre. had tea and goodies at inlaws coffee, nestled 1 mi of the property. the room with ac.

The interior was beautiful, and my superior double room was comfy and clean. The location is also great, really close to the airport. The staff, especially febri, were amazing and super helpful with last-minute shopping. I loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on the loungers.
